Our Principal Solicitor is Ray Kavanagh, an experienced litigator, company and criminal law practitioner, who has represented clients in various courts. Prior to becoming a Solicitor, Ray was called to the Bar of Ireland in 2008. Ray was subsequently employed at Eames Solicitors, Ormond Quay, Dublin 7, specialising in litigation. He completed the Advanced Diploma in Corporate, White Collar & Regulatory Crime in the King’s Inns in 2012.
He has wide experience in White Collar Crime and has represented clients before Commissions of Investigation. He is also experienced in Road Traffic, Personal Injury, Family Law and Liquor Licensing matters. Ray qualified as an Arbitrator (Law Society of Ireland) in 2015.
Prior to becoming a Solicitor, John Evans B.Sc Ph.D worked in education and the IT industry before being called to the Bar of Ireland and he practised as a Barrister from 2008. John has specialist interests in Probate, Conveyancing, Charity Law, IT Law and Electronic Discovery, EPA and Wardship, ABP Planning Appeals.
John has completed the Advanced Diploma in Corporate, White Collar & Regulatory Crime in the King’s Inns in 2012 and the Law Society of Ireland Diploma in Conveyancing in 2018. He qualified as a Mediator (ADR) in 2010.
Paul has wide experience having worked in the areas of Criminal Law, Immigration and Asylum Law, Human Trafficking, Child Exploitation and the exploitation of people for labour. He has wide international experience and has represented Ireland in various fora at EU and International levels. He was called to the Bar of Ireland in 2008 and is in the process of converting from Barrister to Solicitor.
Paul has completed an Advanced Diploma in Immigration and Asylum Law in 2014 and an Advanced Diploma in Corporate, White Collar and Regulatory Crime in 2013 at the Kings Inns. He has also completed the United States State Department International Visitor Leadership Programme.
